6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

You may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery. To qualify:

• Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Women’s Sandals (due to direct foot contact) or any footwear showing signs of wear or outdoor use.

2. Wait for approval and RMA number (within 2 business days)
3. Package items securely in original packaging with tags attached

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return and will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return. We cover shipping costs for replacement items.
