Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping – Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.
International Shipping
For international customers:
- You may be responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties
- These charges are determined by your local customs office
- We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential fees before ordering
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Style Sole Zone footwear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Women’s Sandals (due to direct foot contact) or any footwear showing signs of wear or outdoor use.
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
- Your order number
- Item name and size
- Reason for return/exchange
- Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
- Wait for approval – We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
- Package your items – Securely pack items in original packaging with all tags attached, including a copy of your order confirmation
- Ship your return – Send to: Style Sole Zone Returns

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll process your refund within 5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your financial institution)
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and process your return
- Exchange shipping times follow our standard delivery estimates
- For exchanges of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
- For exchanges of lower value, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method
We cover the shipping cost for replacement items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
- We’ll arrange free return shipping and expedite your replacement or refund
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- You’re responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
- We recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Refunds will be issued in GBP and may be subject to currency conversion fees by your financial institution
