At Style Sole Zone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward footwear purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Women’s Sandals (due to direct foot contact)
- All footwear that shows signs of wear or has been used outdoors
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your Style Sole Zone purchase:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following information in your email (or use our template below):
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package your items – Once approved, securely package the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at: Style Sole Zone Returns

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- We will process your refund within 5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Exchange Process
If you’re exchanging an item:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- Exchange shipping times follow our standard delivery estimates (10-15 days for standard shipping, 15-25 days for free shipping)
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
- We will arrange for a free return shipping label and expedite your replacement or refund
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
- We recommend clearly marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Refunds will be issued in GBP and may be subject to currency conversion fees by your financial institution
