At Style Sole Zone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward footwear purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
  • Women’s Sandals (due to direct foot contact)
  • All footwear that shows signs of wear or has been used outdoors

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your Style Sole Zone purchase:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following information in your email (or use our template below):

  3. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
  4. Package your items – Once approved, securely package the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  5. Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • We will process your refund within 5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Exchange Process

If you’re exchanging an item:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
  • Exchange shipping times follow our standard delivery estimates (10-15 days for standard shipping, 15-25 days for free shipping)
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
  • We will arrange for a free return shipping label and expedite your replacement or refund

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or taxes associated with the return
  • We recommend clearly marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • Refunds will be issued in GBP and may be subject to currency conversion fees by your financial institution
